Launching Call Center Activities
We take on managing the set up and launch of Call Center activities at our Partner's premises.
Taking into account the requirements set by our Principal we define the costs, deadline and the milestones of the launch.
During the implementation phase based on the needs of our Principal we form the major areas of operation such as:

Making follow-up activities we support the operations of the newly formed Call Center and develop those for the sake of effectiveness for a given period of time
